HR SUPERVISOR / MANAGER (HRSM)
We need someone to develop and administer the overall HR programs and policies to ensure the availability and effective use of competent human resources to achieve profitability and business objectives.
Qualification :
- Male or female max age 45 years old
- Min S1 from Psychology or Law
- Experience in setting up HR system and policies within guidelines set by the HR principle
- Min 5 years experience in HR Development & Industrial relation
- Have a good leadership – relationship
- Deep understanding in handling training & people development
- Have experience in compensation and benefit,recruitment area
- Capable to use psychological tools
- Have experience in designing company regulation
- Capable to conduct employee counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficient computing skills including Word, Excel and Power Point
