SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Daily gathering data and execute analysis of product quality, output, rejects, etc.
- Accurate problem analysis concerning thermoforming machines or tools
- Making plans for improvement of machines, tools, procedures and coordination of the implementation
- Informing Director about daily operation
- Instructing operators on proper operation and maintenance
- Ensuring quality and safety according to specifications.
Requirements:
- Male
- Min D3 degree (mechanical engineer background or equivalent)
- Having working experience in the plastic industry is an advantage
- Good problem solving skills, independent, analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication in English.
- Self-motivation, with drive and enthusiasm
- Min 2 years of work experience in similar or related position.
- Live in Surabaya/Sidoarjo is preferred.
