Job Requirements
Indonesian
Excellent oral communicator with at least 1-2 years’ experiences communicating with foreigners in English
Opportunity for fresh graduates

Enjoys adventure, the outdoors, and exercise
Always learning and enjoys serving others
Duties:
Understand our guests, markets, and service philosophy and help continue to provide ever improving unforgettable guest experiences
Preparation: Understanding each guest or group, communicating, purchasing, and preparing necessary logistics in advance of arrival
Hosting: providing personal concierge services to the guests from immigration and arrival through departure and follow-up correspondence (includes meal hosting, activities hosting, games hosting, community development projects, etc.)
Guiding: becoming our guests window into Indonesia and the Malay culture of the surrounding islands during day-trips and overnight stays in local villages
Projects: assisting and leading short and long-term projects to help facilitate and improve the guest experience
Guest Relations team administrative tasks as assigned
Provide reporting as requested to appropriate supervisors.
