Qualifications:
- Male / Female, Age max 40 Years
- Having positioned the same experience min 5 years.
- Having an understanding and the ability to create and apply HR systems.
- Understanding Industrial Relations and Employment Law.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits and classification systems, able to calculate salary
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis of accounts, budgets and reporting processes
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Have spirited leadership and able to think strategically.
- Being able to manage the process of labor disputes in accordance with the labor laws.
- Experienced and master training, recruiting, HR programs.
- Ability to communicate effectively, reliable in negotiations.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Good interpersonal, communication and self-motivated

- Ready to work under pressure.
